Quality Assurance
Our growers work hard to properly manage their farms. We lead the industry with our Integrated Pest Management program that ensures insect control with the least harm to the environment by minimizing or eliminating the use of chemical controls. We provide mandatory food safety training to all members along with farm audits to ensure compliance.
Our plant is HACCP Certified by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and rated "Superior" by AIB. We have Quality Control supervisors on the floor at all times during production and our lab is staffed with technicians who are running tests throughout the day.
Our employees are trained on food safety and security to assure our customers of the safest products possible.
